Spin in The Boston Sunday Globe
Sometimes creativity takes circuitous, unexpected, delightfully serendipitous paths. For me, the beauty and challenge of being a storyteller is making connections between seemingly disparate sparks of inspiration. This book is a perfect example of that…from The Lion King musical to a fiercely feminist novel in verse.
